Meet Your Coach
I am Shabana, a certified Women’s Health Coach specialising in hormonal, immune, and nervous system health. My career began in law and banking, where I gained valuable skills and experience but felt unfulfilled. I recognised that true success is not defined by titles or achievements, but by health, vitality, and quality of life.
This realisation led me to retrain and qualify with a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), an NHS-accredited programme. Today, I work with women to restore balance naturally through evidence-based, root-cause-focused coaching.
